1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Dinnger's services, including Root, Boty, Tester and any other product, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and any other policy or guideline we publish. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of the service

Dinnger offers software solutions, including:

• Root (onroot.dev): an AI agent and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server manager with role-based permissions in each company.
• Boty (boty.dinnger.com): a bot that serves WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and TikTok, shows the business's catalog and assembles orders.
• Tester (tester.dinnger.com): a community testing exchange to obtain the testers that Google Play requires before publishing an app.
• Custom software development and consulting services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Access, modify or distribute content without authorization.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to extract data without consent.
• Carry out denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or attempt to compromise system security.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use our services for fraudulent, illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.

4. User account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content, code, designs, graphics and materials of Dinnger are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use these materials without express authorization. The content and code you generate within Root, Boty or Tester belongs to you, but you grant Dinnger a license to use it for the purposes of operating and improving the service.

6. Limitation of liability

Dinnger provides its services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue or profits arising from the use of our services.
• Service interruptions or errors.
• Actions of third parties, including hackers or external attacks.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep our services available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We perform scheduled maintenance when necessary and reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue services with prior notice.

8. Payments and billing

If you use paid services, you agree to the billing terms published. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

9. User content

You are responsible for all content, data and code you upload to our services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the operation and improvement of our services. We will not access or use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

10. Privacy and data

Your privacy matters to us. Please see our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will publish the updated version with the date of the change. Continued use of our services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.

12. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Dinnger operates. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Dinnger may terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using our services and delete any downloaded content (unless the law allows you to keep it).
